discord bot in over 200k servers hacked, no reponse in over a month.

My account who owns and has access to a discord bot in over 2k servers was hacked, I've been told the case was escalated, but I haven't gotten any updates in over a month, I desperately need help recovering my account but I'm getting no response from discord, what can I do??
