Allow inline replies from notifications on Linux

On Windows and Mac, discord allows to reply to chats from notifications. The same is not true on Gnome Desktop or any other DE on Linux. This feature exists and is used by many other chat applications including some that use electron. Ability to reply from chat would be great.
