discord support is extremly slow

my account got scammed 14 days ago and i have sent a support ticket 13 days ago

I have provided all required information that the automated message asked me and none of the support gave me any attention for 13 days !! why discord is so slow and probably forgot my ticket exist help please

  Discord support is genuinely terrible all I can do is wish you good luck I been waiting all month for a reply to fix my hacked account. Its ridiculous they literally have the resources for a better support service but for some god forsaken reason they choose to do only via email support tickets.
