My account has been hacked and now disabled

My discord has been hacked by a bot and now is disabled because it was spamming fake nitro links to all my DM's. Please help me I have sent like 5 appeals and they have all been declined but I really need this account. Help

  when i maid my account it asked to put a phone number i did and i couldnt so i left it without a phone number because i hade 2fa authinticator on so i though iam safe now its teeling me there some kind of issue so i have to put a phone number to verify the account but i dont have  phone number coneccted to it what do i do???

  Terminate the account after a certain point and make a new one.
