Feature Request - "Staff Messages"

Hello there, i would like to propose some feature. i have a big server with a lot of information messages on it, Informations, rules, and important stuff that simetimes need to be rework or update, i would propose some kind of a Staff Message that could be updated by anyone with the right roles if for exemple a rule has to be changed, or a list has to be updated.

  That's actually very useful. Maybe a shared account where everyone knows the password?
