username sensorship feature

Allow users to sensor which words show up for themselves. E.g. if a trigger for someone is the word "Hot" Right now the only way to sensor another users display name is to block them or convince them to take pity on you. The problem with this is, when said blocked person is typing, the trigger word still shows up during the typing of a message, as discord will say "Hot is typing a message..." I really hope this innocent type of sensorship will be applied/created some day. It would certainly make me a lot more comfortable to be in more servers.
