Support issue

So, first of all. If your account got disabled you need to create a new one to post feedback, really? 
The second thing is terrible support. My account got disabled for no reason(from my point of view) and I`m sent the mail with the description of the situation maybe 30 minutes after that. It is was on Oct 21, 2021, 9:38 PM, and still no response.

Now let me describe the situation. There was a new league start in the Path Of Exile(POE) and I decided that it is should be a good idea to join some community. So I opened the twitch channel of one of the popular POE streamers(ghazzytv) and pressed the discord link(https://discord.gg/GhazzyTV). 5 sec after - my account got disabled for the "Violation of TOS". This is literally all I did.
