Files not loading

So on discord mobile when attaching file there's an icon next to the option to upload an image with a clear visual of the image. When I attempt to upload using the other option which allows me to upload .Mp3 files or .bin files none of the options load. I'm unsure what is causing the problem but I would like to fix it soon. Anything helps thank you in advance.
