Why doesn't Discord provide professional assistance to advise and assist me in reactivating my account since 2018?

Sorry for any mistakes in my English; it is not my first language.

My former Discord account was deleted in 2018, and their assistance has yet to reinstate it. They stated they detected anything that violated their terms of service or community guidelines, which I don't know about and never do on my account. I submitted multiple messages to their abusive support via e-mail. They responded to me as if they were a machine. Simply return my remaining Discord Nitro subscription to PayPal and inform me that "they will not restore my account."

 
This feedback is being sent from my other e-mail address. I am unable to utilize my primary e-mail address, which was previously associated with my former Discord account. This e-mail appears to have been banned by the Discord feedback website. While attempting to login to Discord feedback using this e-mail, I came across a website that stated "INVALID EMAIL." My account has an Early Supporter badge as well as a large number of friends and servers. As a result, I'm unable to make any progress on that account. Is there any way to restore my account other the one described above?

    Once an account has been disabled for over 30 days, it cannot be recovered as it is then automatically deleted. It's also not very smart to put your email addresses out in the open so I recommend editing your emails out.

    Discord doesn't restore any accounts that have been disabled for 30 days or more, which kinda sucks. On the other note, Discord itself is a pretty big company, getting thousands of requests a day with a small team to handle it. Sucks hard but its something we'll just have to deal with for probably at least a few years.

    Happened to me too, I had 3 accounts (After my first one got disabled, about a month later the second got disabled, the third got randomly disabled just 1 day later) disabled for no reason (or at least no reason provided), a phone but no reception to verify, having burnt through all the alt gmail addresses I have. 

    That's all I really have to say, i guess...
