Allow server owners to set different icons based on used theme

With this a server owner would be able to upload two separate server icons that would swap in the event that a user is using light/dark mode.

Usage:

Server Settings -> Change Icon -> [LIGHT, DARK, BOTH (Slider on by default)]

 

View of clients

If user is in dark mode they would see the respective icon

If user is in light mode they would see the light mode icon

 

This would show in server list, join server modal and invites
