Feature request: Ping users with two or more roles only.

Greetings!

I would love to see a feature be added that allows you to ping only people who meet two or more criteria. 

For example, your server might have roles for both "Cutie" and "Llama", and you're hosting a party and only want to invite cute llamas to it without bothering other cuties or the regular non-cute llamas. To do this, you could simply type in: @Cutie&@Llama

The same feature would come in handy if you for example wanted to only ping online members with a role. For example @Llama&@here.
