Notification Message Previews on Mobile

Allow users to be able to enable message previews for mobile notifications. This would mainly be useful for DM's, I think. For instance, let users be able to turn on a setting where the mobile notification shows just the sender's name and/or just the server/group DM name, but hides the actual message content.
