聲音會不停電音黏在一起 about voice distorted.

您好，我是台灣的Discord用戶。

自兩天前(10/29)開始，當我跟我的夥伴使用語音功能時，我們的聲音偶爾會斷斷續續或黏在一起難以辨識。我們試過把語音頻道伺服器換成日本、香港、新加坡、或者使用Auto，聲音會在切過去的一開始變得清晰，但在持續使用語音後又會變成電音黏在一起的狀況。

直到今日(11/1)此問題依然尚未被修復，請協助檢查問題，謝謝。

Hello.
I'm a discord user from taiwan.

Since two days ago(10/29),when we used discord to voice chat,our voice will be distorted that cannot be clearly to know what are we saying.We had change voice server to Japan, HongKong, Singapore, the voice will be clear for the moment, and go distorted once again.

Until today(11/1) the problem is still happening that we cannot use voice chat as well.
Please help us to solve this problem,thx.
