No response on a request made 4 days agos

My main account has been desactivited 28th October for no reason (because I were using it the morning and it had been desactivited in the afternoon while a wasn't doing nothing). This account isn't associated to a working email, but to a phone number. So I sended a request on discord support, which sent me a response quickly to get a screenshot of the message I got when I tried to connect myself, which I gave, and then... Nothing. I'm currently managing 3 servers and have very important contacts on this account : I DON'T WANT TO LOOSE IT! Here is the code of the request (17790677) Help me please!
