Server PFP management

With the recent addition of individual PfP's per server, it would be nice to see the ability for users with Administrator permissions in a server to be able to reset a user's PfP back to a default Discord image (e.g. the picture that an account has when it is newly created).

This would be useful to combat potentially unwanted/inappropriate content being shown within servers, similar to how we can already control nicknames.
