Support Files app on iOS for uploading emoticon

It is essential.

1) Background

There is an issue with iOS(or iPad OS) Photos app that it keeps png files from retaining alpha channel, which is used for transparent background. As this issue continues from iOS 13 update, it seems Apple hasn’t a plan to fix this in recent future.

2) Problem

iOS Discord app is currently forcing to use Photos app only to upload pngs as emoticon. So user cannot upload png files with transparent background on iPhone or iPad itself.

3) Suggestion

Please support uploading emoticons via Files app, so that user can bypass the issue through NOT uploading pngs via cameral roll.
