Missing or Error in Software

I was deleted my account. Then you emailed me that if I log back in after 14 days, my account will be saved. When I tried to log in again, it gave me the error “your account has been disabled”. When I couldn't log in, I tried to register with my same e-mail address, this time it gave the error “email address already registered”. What should I do to recover my account?
