No more free trails as Nitro gifts

I've been getting gifts from Discord for having Nitro, but I haven't been able to use any of them.

This is mainly because I either already have the subscription (like with Game Pass, all the Nitro Game Pass gifts are only for new Game Pass users) or the gift does not work in my region.

I'd like it if I could actually use these gifts, rather than having to give them to others like I'm some kind of free trail advertisement.
