Pings in large chats

So sometimes when I join a big server, there's usually a main chat, or general chat. But since its a big server, like 10 messages are being sent at once, 24/7. So when I see a ping in that general chat, I have to find if its a role mention, user mention, @everyone, you get it. So maybe if discord detects a certain amount of messages between the bottom of the channel to where you are pinged, a little icon will appear, and when you press it it jumps you to the ping. I would love this feature and I think a lot of other people would too.
