Account Wrongfully Disabled

My account was disabled for being in a server that apparently broke TOS. I am not the only one that lost their account this way and contacting “support” is an absolute waste of time. You just get an automated answer with no opportunity to discuss with a human. Also no proof is supplied in these response emails nor does the script change no matter what you say in your appeal email just validating it’s just a front when in reality they have no actual support team. I did nothing wrong but lost my account anyway. Discord doesn’t care. I’m convinced once they determine your account broke tos it’s gone without any hope of disproving whatever “infallible” bot they use to come to this conclusion….it’s absolutely unfair and even though I doubt these posts makes the slightest difference I think people should continue to make noise about it anyway. Who knows maybe one day discord may start using humans in their support team instead of just Clyde….
