please ban message loggers
someone who is somehow manager on the server this is happening in keeps showing my deleted message to everyone, when he knows i don't like it (it is two people doing this actually). how can i get people to stop using message loggers to view my deleted message and is this allowed?

They're using edited clients to use modules/plugins like message loggers and seeing locked channels. It's against the Terms of Service and you should report them to discord here https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

It could be a modified client, in this case there's nothing you can do.
It could also be a discord bot that logs messages, in which this is allowed on Discord. Majority of these bots should be be gone by April 2022 due to an API change Discord is making.
Long story short: Don't send messages you'll later regret if you know he's doing this
