Chat, Notifications, Related Etc Overhaul

To avoid going into a rant because this has been burning in me for many years, I am merely going to list the suggestions and give a brief explanation.

Ping control: Please allow the ability to not be pinged via per server. For those in emoji servers, raid pings are my bane.  Suppress all @'s should actually do what it says.

Channels: Please let me hide voice channels or have the ability to remove them from a server I have the permissions in to.

Categories: Ability to hide categories without muting them.

Notifications for Channels in Servers: Biggest beef is this.  I don't want to be notified of every channel getting a message by it being highlighted, but muting it and hiding it defeats the purpose of it if I need to access it.  Some servers, like servers for bots, have this issue.  I don't want to mute all the channels because I need to use some, but having them constantly be highlighted white and marked as unread is infuriating and clogs the channels I actually want to be notified of, and due to the size, it's easier to navigate if I don't have to deal with the unnecessary white highlights.  When I mark notifications as "nothing" I shouldn't have to mark it as read constantly.  If you're going to make me mute a channel, let me have the ability to control which ones are going to be hidden instead of all or nothing.
