Desktop Notification Preferences

Desktop notifications are helpful for when you really don't want to miss a message you just got, but they can also be a nuisance when you are constantly getting messages. Be they a general annoyance, or an actual detriment when those popups block your view of your ammo count or toolbar you were going to click on. (For single-monitor setups at least)

It would be nice if Discord had the ability to filter which messages were actually displayed on popup. I don't need a popup for every message of a 200+ member server, but I would like to loudly know the second when someone with precious time just DM'd me back.
