Canceling Nitro for proposed NFT support

I have canceled my Nitro subscription due to this twitter post. https://twitter.com/jasoncitron/status/1457841222995693570?t=KznihzrY7C8gGQQEVlI-zg&s=19 If this is what my money is going to I'd rather not give it to Discord without assurance the development of NFT/cryptocurrency related features are no longer being developed and will never be.
