Please do not add NFT/Crypto, its cons and potential for abuse far outweigh the pros.

The people that say no to cryptocurrency and NFTs far, far, outnumber the people that do. And not only that, at the very same time, those who do support them are the ones that are going around stealing artworks from hard-working artists (alive or dead), phishing snd stealing accounts (as well as pretending to be them), steal millions from people before vanishing (there’s news articles all over the net about this stuff) steal and cause GPU shortages (remember the GPU shortage? Blame that on the cryptobros)… Discord has made mistakes, but allowing this one of the biggest mistakes you guys have ever done

    In addition, Discord implements bots and scammers and phishers frequently use them. Allowing NFT/Crypto is just opening the floodgates to bots created by crypto scammers, account hijackers, and NFT art thieves. Please, guys. This is only inviting more trouble in the long run.
