  I've never had a reason to post on discords feedback thing until today.

  I'm curious why you all are so against crypto integration?

  I understand the jpeg/nft craze seems ridiculous, but Ethereum integration in general can add a lot of awesome features to discord, like tips, Patreon like features, permissions/roles that are decentralized, verifying identification, storing encrypted data, exchanging encrypted messages, etc.

  This is way way bigger than axie infinity or some dumb jpegs. This would open discord up to a whole side of the internet that it currently can't touch.

  Cause it's all a speculative currency that isn't gonna amount to much. Nobody is using it like an actual currency

  AtHeartEngineer all of those features can be added without being tied into crypto youre just a loser. go outside

  @AtHeartEngineer they could also do all of that -- every bit of it -- with fiat currency, and yet they have not. I would genuinely like some of those features, but if they can't successfully implement them with the 'gold standard' for currency models (this is a pun), I am dubious they will be able to successfully implement them with cryptocurrency.
