Do Not intergrate NFTS or Cryptocurrency

Hello,

This is a fellow user of discord and from the recent news I’ve seen I am very disappointed to hear that it’s true you are getting involved with this sort of ‘business’. Please, NFTS have no use at all and are extremely harmful to the environment. For a company that brings communities and friends together, it’s really heartbreaking to see that you’re not putting a lot of jeopardy by getting involved with cryptos. I hate to have to stop supporting Discord, knowing it’s one of the most accepted website and apps for people to talk together. So do the right thing and not go through with this. It will not do any good besides damaging both Discord’s rep and the environment. Knowing the state of the world environmental wise, it would really be cruel to turn a blind eye to it to do this.

    Commenting to help boost this. Discord needs to know that this is not what the userbase wants. To everyone else reading, cancel your Nitro subscription if you have one. Do NOT give your money to a company who is actively choosing to destroy our planet.
