looking for discord alternatives due to NFT/ETH implementing

sad to see discord moving in this direction. i've had nitro a couple times over the last few years, but never again. in fact, i'm looking for alternatives to discord for IM due to this horrible fiasco. definitely not going back to skype, but hoping something new and fresh with more than half of a braincell pops up for anyone interested to immigrate to.

they really had us paying 5-10/mo for gifs and pngs the size of a pinkie finger nail... not to mention the garbage fire that is boosting servers... i agree w/ similar posts on here; i know the money i spent wasn't worth what we were getting, but at least i thought i was supporting a team i believed in to make a good product better. i was wrong.
