Suggestion: Do not bite the hand that feeds you, discord.

I know discord's staff likely have zero interest in the wellbeing of the planet (even though every one of you is stuck here with the rest of us), but it may still at least be a concern of the company that the widescale boycott that WILL inevitably happen if you do decide to ignore your userbase and continue tumbling down this downward spiral of ignorant capitalist greed will be what ultimately destroys discord.

I don't want to lose this app. I have a lot of close friends I've only met BECAUSE of discord. This app is important to a countless number of people, and it's sad to think that someday we may have to drop this app we love because of this one irresponsible, destructive blunder.

Earth matters more than discord's greed.
