Discord disabled my account.

Discord disabled my account. Discord disabled my account, about a month later i tried to log in and got a email/phone verification to get back into account and i didn’t have access to neither the email or never set up a phone number on account. I was given the option to recover account with different email and when i did it took me to a whole new account with the same username from my previously disabled account. What was this all about ? Why was it that i was defaulted to make a new account.
