Cancelling because of NFT support

I've cancelled my Nitro sub, not planning on reinstating it or giving Discord a dime unless you roll back on supporting cryptocurrency and distributing NFTs. It's terrible for the environment due to waste of server space and burning up mined computer parts far too quickly. Plus false scarcity is terrible for the economy, and cryptocurrency is linked to too much money laundering and scams for me to ever feel good supporting a company which supports it. Rethink your stance or I presume you're going to lose a lot more than you'll gain.

    right. even if one were to ignore the horrible environmental cost, why would a communication service built around gaming and still with a huge userbase of pc gamers want to invest in something that actively makes it harder to get parts for gaming? it doesn't makes sense to me.
