No NFTs on Discord

I'm really upset to hear that Discord's considering implementing NFTs on the platform. I was planning on getting Nitro in January, and now I won't even bother. And I'm MORE upset to know that they're only planning on doing this because they sent out a survey to a bunch of NFT servers and didn't bother to see what the rest of their users think.

So here's what I think! It's a terrible idea and I hope Discord has fun losing their userbase and money if they decide to go through with it. NFTs are proven to have massive environmental impact (in the worst way possible), and I'm not going to support a company that prioritizes its own gain at the expense of our planet and the majority of its users. In the most respectful way possible, get bent.
