Discord support taking a month to help with tickets

Opened my account ticket about my account getting hacked, support asking for details i have already given and then constantly replies like 5-7 afterwards. It's been nearly a month since i last opened my ticket and the last message was 12 days ago where they talked about forwarding my ticket to another team member, but so far no updates or anything. This is probably the worst support i have ever dealt with and i feel as though i won't get my account back. So much for being a nitro subscriber. Anyone know what i can do or know how long they usually take for issues like this, because this is atrocious.
