    have you tried sending your message again as an email reply to the autoreply, that works for me on tumblr

    I've contacted the staff with my alt email and they said:

    "As for that new ticket you made with our Trust and Safety team, as long as you've already responded to make sure that you still need help, then you'd just have to be patient as it is possible our teams' queues are backed up."

    so I'm just waiting rn after replying to Clyde

    it's been more than 14 days since my account has been disabled but it's not anonymized yet, so I think they're keeping it until they can reply to my email

    Tried more tickets and the things you gusy talked about, at this ponit it has been 14 days and i don't even have a way of knowing if my data is gone. This is really sad and i hope someone from discord finds this and they start respecting their clients.

    @chlorat (idk how to reply to comments) they said they’ll anonymize accounts after 14-30 days. the 19th of nov is gonna be 2 weeks since my acc got disabled. is ur acc still alive? btw i still have got absolutely no reply from discord

    Same, no reply for me yet. It's been almost 3 weeks and the account is still here. If the account will be deleted permanently in 30 days, that will be in Nov 26th. My account was disabled at Oct 26th.
