Cancelled Nitro after several years

While Discord is an extremely wonderful app that has adapted to users constantly over the years, I'm afraid that I cannot support a company financially that plans for the integration of NFTs and other crypto services into their system, which are predicted to cause exponential destruction of the ecosystem in short time. Should Discord step down from this motion I'll be more than happy to continue to support them. Thanks.

    The fact that they tried to ask for feedback about it so secretively is so sleazy and unexpected from the discord team, there’s no reason why they should even be doing this :/

    @sarang_archer it seems like it's mostly Jason Citron, the CEO of Discord, that's been looking at trying to implement this horrid attempt at possible money laundering. Some of his other staff have even been against this move

    Many of Discord's staff didn't even know Jason was planning this until he showed that sneak peek on Twitter.
