Can y’all make this better???

I think that with as many users and people that use this app that you could have a dedicated line to help users out that is not emailed based. Some users getting helped while others are not. It is inexcusable and horrible customer service to have this many users and poor customer service. Put you money where it needs to go rather than investing in things that will upset your users
