Event locations

When selecting the 'Somewhere Else' location option for scheduled events, a sub-menu with the options 'Channel','Link','Map location' would be great.

So:
- You can easily pick a text-channel like you can with voice channels (and it'd actually link to that channel like it does for voice-channels) 
- You can add a plain link and/or add an anchor link
- You can use a map to pinpoint a RL location.
