Does Discord ghost your appeals for breaking the TOS for the second time?
So it's been about two weeks since my account has been disabled and I can only assume that discord has a auto ignore system for those that break the TOS for the 2nd time. The only reason I've reached this conclusion is because using this new alt I made, I was able to get in contact with someone from support using this new account, not even within hours but actual mere minutes I get a response from an actual person saying that they can only help with the associated email. Fair enough but then I figured that they only responded because it came from someone with a active account so then I tried a new email and sure enough within hours(not minutes surprisingly) they responded as well. This is the second time this has happened, and a month at that. I understand the first time was due to a false positive and they restored my account but now I feel like it's just a perma ban now no matter how many times I contact them due to it breaking the TOS for the second time. The worst part about all of this is that it happened on my birthday... I know some here have been ghosted but I haven't seen if it was due to there 2nd offense.

I can confirm this, my account got disabled, i sent them 4 emails without getting a reply. But when your using someother email you will make them answer you. Its poor of the support team to work this way

figured as much, can I ask if that was your 2nd time being disabled? this is the second time, while the 1st time was resorted rather timely and somewhat orderly. I'm pretty sure they are ghosting and I'm goin to have to move on due to poor support. Heck, I'd give em a hand if they needed one.

No this was my first time, tried 4 times now nothing came trough used another email and got respons the same day but i needed to use my main email

Hey how long did it take them to respond they said they are escalating my ticket it's been 6 days

anywhere between the next 24 hours, the next day, 72 hours, a week, Never. It's whenever the hell they feel like it. The first time this happened a bot just told me my account won't be reinstated for breaking the TOS but when I submitted another ticket to another division an actual person responded within a day or two and saw the false positive. Basically, it's RNG.

well whatya know, they actually responded! after three plus weeks at that, but... they're telling me I was at fault for breaking the TOS... what? this is the second time this has happened, this is obviously a mistake on their part. I'm in a plethora of vtuber servers. It had to been a mistake, unless someone took over my account. Oh well, I was lucky enough to get a response in the first place.
