Scheduled Events - More options than just interested

Be really nice to have more attendance options than just Interested, such as Will Attend, Maybe Attend as a first improvement to the events system.

The next step would be to create a temporary role for the event to allow the attendees to be pinged, which can be auto-deleted after the event is over.

  Technically, Discord doesn't have "Polls".
  
  Until the Events came out, I used a bot to create a message and reactions, and manage roles via reactions.

  "Polls" dont support local timezones, are ordered by message date rather than the date of the event, and generate a lot more api requests.

  I meant you can make your own custom poll, I didn't say discord has a system in place, you can make a simple poll without a bot very easily.

  But events are supposed to make things easier - so having to add additional options using the reaction system (regardless how easy) somewhat negates that and adds complexity to the event post.
