[Suggestion] Premade Suggested Roles and Tags (Roles with no Permissions)

As someone who hasn't made a lot of servers, the thing I find myself spending a lot of time on is making and setting up roles. It's easier when you've done this a few times, but the first time around, it always feels a bit awkward to do.

Due to the complications of setting up a server for the first time, my suggestion is to have an option for some premade roles with suggested features: Admin, Moderator, and Member. An option to do duplicate roles would also be great, but if we had premade ones, I could still select said option and then make a couple changes based on that.

Tags: This is a suggestion for a new feature, but based on the way things function right now. Tags would be an option to make essentially a role, but theses roles would be without any permissions (or limited permissions) attached to them. The reasoning behind not having any major permissions is that this could open the possibility of allowing these Tags to be self assigned and because it avoids overlap with other tags. The situations where this would be useful, is this would allow an alternative way to do gender/pronoun assignments, add self descriptors (for example a vtuber might want to tag themselves as such), or to allow people to assign themselves a role which only unlocks only one channel with that same specific interest topic. Allowing for self assignment reduces the need for bots for this specific feature or moderators/admins to add these. We could still control this on a server by server basis as the tags would be made within a given server as well. I could see this working either as a free or Nitro/boosted level perk. I think being free might be better though due to the fact you can technically do this now using roles, it's just awkward.
