Report button for the support platform

Hi,

I'd love to see a report button on this support platform. While up- and down-voting can slowly make an impact on replies, I've recently seen a lot of people simply reply to tickets/requests to get their post-count up or something irrelevant, pretty much ruining the whole purpose of this platform.

Having the option to report these users, and with it, creating a log for Discord staff, will make it easy to spot repeated spammers and get rid of these annoying posts.
