Notification Problem for Big Server

Discord Notifications don't work as your server gets bigger! 

Basically 2 problems:-

1. Notification is sent to only some set of users, In our case, We are pretty big community of 80,000 users and Discord notifies only 2,000 members :( (We are using the everyone tag)
2. The notification does not go to all the users at the same time, sometimes it is after hours so basically, for live events, you can't use the everyone tag :(

If anyone from the Discord Team can help will be too good.
