I can't talk I my server

I can't speak in my discord server, I made it I made channel, add bot, its OK about last night but now its not ok, so I try to give, administrator role and give all voice channels permissions I can do this, but again I can't talk The channel has special permission you'll need someone like server moderator? Please help me
