An option for white listing links?

Would it be possible for Discord to add the feature for servers to create their own list of white listed servers? Rather than attempting to guess what spam bots/hacked account will link, it would be much easier to just have an area where server owners can put in a list of white listed websites that users can put in and then auto delete other links.

With the rate at which discord accounts are compromised, it seems like this should be a baseline feature for all servers, rather than paying some 3rd party for it. Especially considering how dangerous it can be.
