Update, I got an email back from support helping me get my account back. I created my ticket on 11/19/21 and received a response about 3 hours later. The next response came about 4 days later. I think that the delayed response time in my situation was due to the weekend. My advice if you are looking to get your account back is:
1. Only create one ticket, don't create multiple unless you don't receive a response to your first ticket within 24-48 hours.
2. If you really want to make sure they are still paying attention to your ticket, post a reply to the current active ticket in your email asking for an update on the progress towards resolving your issue.
3. Be patient. I should've taken my own advice here before complaining about bad customer support, I apologize to Discord for that.
Good luck getting your accounts back everyone, I immediately enabled 2 factor authentication as soon as I got my account back!
