Creating a server/perm thread - that has different server rooms (since you may not visit all the rooms) - or links to them

Hello, was curious is there a way or can there be a way to have a discord server that would have the ability to link to the channels on different servers in one main server or have a folder that would be able to link individual channels that I can click (like folders).

This way I can quickly visit the main chats I go to rather than searching for server then looking for channel)
