Make it possible to move "Events" between the other channels

Not sure why this isn't a function already but...

Many servers I'm in have a "Server news" or "Info" category listed at the top. At the moment, the "Events" section is listed above all of those: it cannot be moved, it takes space and members can't fold it away along with other "read" channels when there's no new events.

It'd be helpful if the new "Events" function could be moved to be listed between server rules, announcements etc. That way, admins/mods could put it in a more relevant place, and members who aren't interested (to each their own!) can mute or hide it or whatever you do.
