Role Categorization & Specific Role Administrators

Hello,

I'm unsure if this has been brought up before, if it has I apologize.

Allow servers to categorize roles with role administrators.
Currently, anyone with administrative privileges or the ability to assign roles can assign any role as long as the role itself is at or above what is being given.
I propose the ability to categorize specific roles in groups as group administrators (or some other fancy word) to assign roles only in its own grouping.
This of course should not affect administrative roles that do monitor all roles. Like "master administrator"


If this exists, but is implemented in a different way, how does it currently work?
