Those "Hey! Did you know!? See this Feature!" Popup boxes

Every time a user logs into discord web, they are BOMBARDED with messages about this and that and the other thing too! the UI slides open to tell you how to navigate from guild to guild, clyde messages you to tell you about slash commands, an orange banner across the top of the page. heaven forbid if you're an admin of a guild, you have 4 more messages pushing boosting and events and.. something.. I stopped reading. OH DID YOU CONNECT YOUR SCHOOL!?

Seriously. this is ridiculous, bad ux, and some how keeps getting worse.

Sorry if you feel this is on the wrong topic. When looking where to put it, I cannot imagine how this is impacting users with additional accessibility struggles.
