something going on here "start verification

i was on discord with some of my friends, and i got a messaged pop up on my screams saying "something going on here we've detected something out of the ordinary going on. and well need to verify your account wit ha Phone number" and i never connected my phone number to my account so i cant get a code etc. And their might be 1 thing i know why its happening i have an application called "BetterDiscord" and i removed it from my computer right as i got the pop up and i "uninstalled" "reinstalled" "logged out and logged back in," and im still getting the messaged heres my discord if you can fix it Discord Name: Rxevert#3714

    This is not a bug, Discord detected something suspicious with your account so you have to verify with a Phone Number. You can enter a phone number and Discord will send a verification code to it, once you type that code in Discord, you should be able to use your account again.

    sorta same for me

    I made an server and i was copy pasting the link into my friends dms from one server.

    Now it says "something going on here we've detected something out of the ordinary going on. and well need to verify your account wit ha Phone number" 

    ok so i did verify with my only phone number but after a while i removed it ( fr sm reason) and then it asked me to verify again.

    now  I tried the same with my only number again but it says number was just used in another account a while ago. Now i cant login into tht account because of that.

    i have only one phone number how do i verify again?

    i tried on my oldest account ( i made this account 6 months back because only for close friends/irl friends and used the other a few times ) which is more than an yr ago is also locked I m not sure how but i cant login to that either. it says the same issue now how am i to used my discord account? I keep in contact with my friends thought discord even more some work now i cant access it.

     

    please help.

     

    also is there anyway we can verify that through email? ( cuz it wont accept my phone no)
